Kendall graduated from KATS (now Washburn Institute of Technology) and Washburn University in 1997, beginning his drafting career working for Peterson Freund Associates, an Architectural/Engineering firm and later for Peterson Architectural Group in Topeka, KS. Working as a TechnicalDraftsman for 15 years he drew up plans for Civil, Structural andElectrical/Mechanical Engineers as well as Surveyors and Architects. Kendall was involved in projects from survey to punch-list.
Kendall and Mariela married in Argentina in 2001and have since lived in Topeka Kansas raising their three children. Mariela doesn’t work directly with clients but she has a strong input on projects and Kendall relies on her for design decisions and ideas. We provide custom house plans for home owners and general contractors in the Topeka, Lawrence and the Kansas City area. Growing up in South America has given Kendall the love of travel and an appreciation for other cultures. As a bilingual person speaking English and Spanish, Kendall can work with Spanish speaking clients. K&M House Plans has produced construction drawings in conjunction with licensed engineers for projects in South America.
